Worst dealership to get a car from in entire Alberta , I got the car from here and they know that I drive from far, still every time I come for service they always have some excuses. I had to get the tires swapped they were on the rims already. They told me to come next week. The sales part is good but after that service is terrible unless you just need an oil change. Addition, I had my tires stored brand new because I got my tires with winter wheels and rims. When I got them swapped I recieved them with scratch on them. They said the manager is off and come back later again. I never recieved a call back. then when I called the Manager he said it couldnt be done in storage. Dont ever trust them. Worst place ever, the sales guy wouldnt answer to you after he has done the sale. Utterly disappointed

Absolutely wonderful experience at this location. Brett was an excellent sales rep, down to earth, honest, and didn’t make us feel pressured into our purchase. He walked us through multiple options and was able to help us get our vehicle before our upcoming trip to the mountains. Don and Dennis were the financial reps we dealt with. Dennis took over while Don was away and he walked us through all the options available in an easy to understand manner. The team here made the process significantly easier than what I’ve experienced in the past in other parts of Canada getting a new vehicle. We walked out confident and content with our purchase, and it made our trip to the mountains much easier. Highly recommend!

Nathan Aldred, the service manager and advisor, is always helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Also, Brian from the car shuttle service is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and always makes the experience even better. I highly recommend this dealership for their outstanding service.

was booking a test drive with one of their sales team. looked around at reviews of the service department at each of the other 5 places that I wanted to test drive SUV's at Made note of the absolute Negative reviews of the service department here and cancelled the test drive. Hands down. when the management has no response or attempt to clear up issues with unsatisfied customers, but sends me a NASTY email explaining how great they are, and the VERY NEXT DAY my phone is filled with spam scam calls? I'd say little more than coincidence. I bought a car for 52K two days later from Nor-lan.
