Has been my dealership for many years now. I've purchased two cars from here and bring them in for ALL of my service and maintenance work. Every person at Sears is friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer, they will find it for you. Their inventory is top tier, facility is always clean and inviting, and they make you feel at home. When getting service work, I'm in and out of there. I really appreciate that the team has me checked in, loaner ready, my card and information on file, and provides service with a smile. It saves me so much time and makes the experience less daunting. They always keep me up to date on what's going on with my vehicle by sending texts and videos of my vehicle. They break things down so it's easy to understand and are honest with the work and price. At Sears Imported you're not just a customer/client; they treat you like family. I will never go anywhere else. Period.

I previously purchased two vehicles from Sears and had a positive enough experience that I did not feel the need to leave a review. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. Last weekend, my wife and I stopped by to explore leasing a Mercedes GLC. The salesperson who assisted us was unprofessional and dismissive throughout the interaction. He seemed unwilling to provide detailed information about the vehicle or explain the available options, making it difficult for us to make an informed decision. Toward the end of the conversation, he informed us that he does not handle new vehicle sales and said that someone from the appropriate department would contact us. We provided all of the requested information and expected a follow-up. However, it has now been a full week, and we have not heard from anyone. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for returning customers who have previously purchased two vehicles from your dealership. We expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has left us frustrated and disappointed.

Knowing I travel constantly and have limited time, Endre handled everything—lined up the perfect car, arranged the best person to give me a tutorial, and even found an awesome buyer for my X7.
