Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Secret City Jeep in Oak Ridge, TN. We drove four hours to do business with them, and it was absolutely worth the trip. We recently purchased a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys, and from start to finish, everything went smoothly. Our salesperson, Jamahl, was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping us make the deal work just the way we expected. He took the time to walk us through everything, and we never felt rushed or pressured. The finance manager, Shane was equally impressive. He was super polite, very professional, and made the paperwork process easy and stress-free. We left the dealership very happy and genuinely impressed with the level of service we received. We highly recommend Secret City Jeep to anyone looking for a great buying experience.

Tommy Lawson was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff. The crew was great to allow us to trade our old truck, with a dead battery! Tommy also found and saved our garage door opener remote.

If I could give this dealership less than 1 star, less than 0 stars I would. I bought my Jeep Compass in 2022, it’s a 2018, with cosmetic damage, and apparently underlying electrical issues that was not disclosed to me. To this day I am constantly having issues with this vehicle, and they do not care, they would rather harass you on the phone to come in about a trade and then say “oh well” 🤷🏻‍♀️ After I bought my car I noticed the backup camera doesn’t work, had to pay my deductible even though i just bought it for them to look at, replaced the radio and camera, went to bring me my car back when I went to pick it up and said, “well it wasn’t working when I just brought it up here, we will call you to bring it back in” That was nearly 3 years ago. Never heard another word from them. to this day the camera only works when it feels like it, and i never called them because of how mean the guy in the service department was to me and how uncomfortable he made me. Not to mention the battery died a week after I bought it, and they wanted me to pay out of pocket for that too. Nobody offered to call me and apologize or offer a resolution. I have had continuous issues with this car, they didn’t even offer to show me other cars when I visited the lot, they put me on this one and i was young and now I’m stuck in this car that I’m overpaying for and must pour thousands in to get it to run. RUN far away from this nightmare lot. They want your money and do not care about your experience, or the horrible vehicles they are selling. I’ve got a shitty car that has constant issues, it’s ridiculous All of these photos are different instances and not all inclusive.

A dealership that will negotiate. How rare is that. I was not planning to purchase a vehicle from them so fast , but they made it very easy. Dylan and his boss were great to work with. They even delivered it! Best dealership experience yet. And I worked at a dealer as a mechanic.
