My husband & I have bought several of our vehicles from Seguin Chevrolet. This is the second vehicle that Omar our salesman has helped us with. Our process went very smoothly and Omar was very helpful and took good care of us as did Jeremy in the finance department. We’re very pleased with our experience and love our new Traverse.

I had a great experience at this dealership! Our salesman, Jerry, was very friendly and never rushed us into making a decision. He took his time, answered all our questions, and made the whole process comfortable. The finance manager, Bryan, was also extremely helpful. He went out of his way to lower my interest rate and explained everything clearly so I understood every part of the financing process. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase of a 2026 Chevy Trax and the excellent customer service from Jerry and Bryan. Highly recommend! 🚗✨

If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not buy a used car from them. I have had problems since the first week it was purchased. I have a car now that I can’t safely drive that when I brought it back within return time the told me I had to take it to the manufacturer. The manufacturer once the appointment time came up then explained to me that it would void my warranty bringing it to them instead of the dealership I bought it from. By this time I was out of the return window. I then continued to take it to the service department and have had it sent off 3 times with the problems still remaining after “repairs.” When attempting to take it for the fourth time after only having my car less than half the time since I purchased it, they have no solutions for me besides treating it like every other trade in. They explain they’re being so helpful and yet looking at the paperwork they have shown that I would be eating around $8,000 to get into another car to rectify their mistake in selling me a defective vehicle. They have not made an actual effort on their end to rectify what they did in selling me a defective car. 100% I beg you do not buy from them or you will be sorry as I was. I needed a vehicle to get to my 4 jobs and now am stuck with a vehicle that has safety concerns while driving and am in the hole with no solutions that don’t involve me having to take on more debts. When I mentioned I would need to have a lawyer go over my contract for the vehicle they were trying to place me in for an extra $10,000 to make sure they weren’t screwing me (which turns out they were) they said they could no longer help me if I asked a lawyer to go over the paperwork just to be safe. Please be warned!!!!

Such a good experience!!! From start to finish everyone was so nice & helpful. They found the PERFECT truck for our family, gave us a great deal & were such a pleasure to work with. From Cordell our salesman, to Eddie one of the managers, to Dre in finance everyone just went above & beyond for us & we could not be happier.
