Went to Select Auto Saturday to window shop. As I was looking at cars Murad “the great”appeared from out of nowhere. I told him my price point and he instantly delivered a show stopper. He didn’t waste my time one bit. Stop buy and ask for Murad. Amazing Experience! I had such a great experience at this dealership! Robert, the manager, was awesome to work with—super clear and honest about pricing, no hidden fees, and always quick to respond to my emails and texts. It really made the whole process stress-free. Murad, my sales executive, was equally amazing. He has such a warm, easygoing personality and genuinely takes the time to explain everything about the car. You can tell he really cares about making sure you’re comfortable and happy with your decision. Even a couple of days after I bought the car, I visited the dealership for a concern I had about one of the vehicle features—and both Robert and Murad actually came out to the car with me to walk through it in person! That level of customer care is rare these days. The finance team was also great and got me the best possible rate in no time.
