I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Selkirk Dodge dealership. I was mainly working with a wonderful team member named Brooke. We initially connected through Facebook since, as a truck driver, my schedule is really unpredictable. Brooke was incredible—she stayed in touch over the phone, sent me videos and links, and really took the time to understand exactly what I needed. When I finally went in, she knew precisely what I was looking for. The entire team was welcoming, and we got the numbers just right. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck and the seamless process. Highly recommend them!

This is my second purchase from Selkirk Chrysler and I'm very pleased with the overall experience. Everyone I've dealt with there is down to earth, respectful and polite, while still being able to carry on a conversation. I've dealt with other dealers in the past that give you a condicending yucky sales vibe that makes you feel like you need a shower after talking to them, but thankfully you won't find anything like that here. I have always enjoyed excellent service at Selkirk Chrysler and recently purchased my current vehicle from there; it was a stress free experience. I popped in today to have something checked and Kyle was terrific. They were able to look at my vehicle right away and took care of things. Always friendly and professional.

Do not take your service here bad experience. I had to take half a day off to get my front sensors and start stop fixed needed servicing after I just bought from selkirk ford 3 months ago. I had it in for 4 hours. Got it back saying all fixed. The moment I drove off lot, my front sensor went on saying need servicing and my start stop light came back on. Nothing was fixed no one took the time to make sure was fixed. I immediately came back, everyone was gone they left for home. I wasted half a day for nothing and now told to take a full day to try and fix it. Not worth my time and very poor servicing. I will be taking to the city to another dealership to be addressed. Very bad experience and I wont be returning. If I didnt have warranty this would of cost me over a grand out of pocket with no result. Very disappointed with my experience with selkirk chrysler. I don't recommend going here at all. No guarantee things will get fixed properly. Very upset.

Imagine if you will....a car dealership....you walk in, look around and someone greets you with a smile (not the reading you to see if you can afford a car smile but a genuine smile). Then you meet the sales person and is friendly and forthcoming, opens the front door for you each time you come through....(anyone still with me) and then.....the sales manager comes towards you AND again another friendly face. Ok must be the financial manager that is going to be the bad guy.....NOPE!!!! SELKIRK JEEP is the best dealership I have EVER experienced bar none. It felt like a day out with the buddies and bought a vehicle at the same time. Thank you to Ryan Comeau by far the easiest sales person to work with. Ian Koslowsky the professional guy getting the paper work right and no pressure choices for any warranty or protection packages. Shout out to the two sales managers Taylor and Lawrence Excellent service and product!!!
