Prior to going car shopping, we knew we wanted a Mazda. We looked up different locations and decided to visit this dealership. When we arrived, we were greeted by Nick. He asked a couple of questions about what we were looking for—without being pushy or making us feel pressured. We took our time walking around the lot and looking at several different cars. Nick never steered us toward vehicles we weren’t interested in; instead, he kept us focused on the various Mazda options they had available. We finally narrowed it down to two SUVs and took them for a test drive. Decision made! I’ve always felt intimidated by the financial process, but Nick, Mauricio, and Juan made it seamless and smooth. We left as happy customers with our new 2026 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid Premium Plus.
