Sentry West Mazda

Bought a CX30 with Sentry West Mazda last week. It was a great experience overall. This dealer is one hour drive away from where I live. I made my first visit for test drive because they offered competitive price and their online managers were very responsive. During my test drive trip, I was impressed by their sales team for being professional and friendly. I was greeted by Tim in the lobby before the drive. And he's very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained everything thoroughly without sounding pushy. I had Ed for the test drive and later on all the paperwork at RI DMV. Ed is so patient and communicative and friendly. This entire process can't be so smooth and hassle free without Ed's help. I also need to thank Rob for finalizing all the details through emails. What I can say is that during my two months of car shopping experience, dealerships are not all the same. I'm not someone who can be easily annoyed but I lost count of how many times I got pissed off by (passive) aggressive sales people. And I haven't encountered any of that at Sentry West Mazda.

I chose this dealership over one that was closer to me because of the great reviews. I am so glad I did! My husband and I both bought cars last week. A CX-50 and a CX-5. We worked with Scott G. and Vardan. They were both great. Scott was not pushy at all and let us take our time. We even got to take a test drive ourselves, which is not something other dealerships have let me do. Vardan went over all the financing and got us the best rates and rebates available. We have purchased many cars, and this was by far the best experience. I highly recommend this dealership. We love our cars!

On Monday, 4/27/2026 our Mazda CX30 was at the dealership. Car would not start and we needed diagnostics done to determine the issue. Rather then have us wait, a loaner was provided to us. Later that afternoon, we got the call that the battery needed to be replaced. It had to be done, so the work was authorized. Work was done quickly and all is fine. This dealership is the best. Highly recommended for their outstanding service.

I recently made a purchase my new baby a cx30 beautiful and comfortable vehicle!!! the staff was so nice and well knowledge , Vardan made this process soo easy and he made sure he covers all the details and info , and thank to tammy as well for all his help. EXCELLENT CREW !!!!
