Another fantastic shopping experience at Serpa Chrysler. The team is exceptional from start to finish. After a quick phone chat with Calvin, he got me to come in that same day and at the time had no intention of buying a new vehicle… meeting in person was an incredibly pleasant experience and very smooth. Q was great help and clear in communication. Always answered the phone when I called which is a rare thing to see these days.
