My husband and I went into the dealership looking at one car and one car only, and Javier greeted us at the door and immediately took care of us. Not only is he extremely friendly and relatable when chatting, but he did his job well and was straight to the point. It’s nice not spending an entire day trying to purchase a car. We were in and out and got the car we wanted! Very satisfied. 5/5 stars. Javier and Kenny, the financial man, both deserve little plaques on their desk stating that they’re great employees.

I live far, far away from northeast Ohio, but I was hunting for a specific car I knew I wouldn’t find here in Dallas/Fort Worth. Serpentini had one, with low mileage and a great price (which actually went *down* in the middle of the sale). Everything was done over the phone, by mail, and online, and it was the most painless car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From initial contact to final delivery, the whole thing took about 2 weeks. Very happy with the car and the entire sales process. How often can you say that about buying a car? UPDATE: Unfortunately I had to downgrade this review because registering this car has been an absolute debacle. It’s been 2 months now and there is no record of the registration being filed in my county, and no one is responsive to my repeated calls and emails. As good as the sales department was, the title department has been terrible.

Even though my Jeep Wrangler 4xe has been nothing been a pain since buying it, several recalls, the Jeep wobble, twice, and regular maintenance in between those issues, I will say that the service department is always pleasant and accommodating when I would bring my Jeep in for service and repairs. Thankfully, I turned in my lease last Saturday so I will not have that headache anymore. Our family has owned four 6 Jeeps, three of them were Wranglers, one Commander, one Cherokee, but this was my first Wrangler 4xe and I will say I would never buy another one of those. But service here is great! No complaints.

Marvin was amazing through the whole car buying experience. He was very helpful and really wanted to find a car that we could be happy in. He had alot of patience with us during our search. Great salesman! We also had the pleasure of handling finance with Kenny. He was amazing. Very thorough when it came to the paperwork. Explained everything carefully so I didn't miss anything. And made sure I was comfortable with the details. Overall I give it 5 stars . I would give more if I could!!!
