Kayla kept us informed throughout the process, as this took several days the updates where very much appreciated. She also took the initiative to have a loaner car ready for my wife upon her arrival back in town if needed. the loaner wasn't needed but Kayla's readiness was a 10. Our experience with Serra and Kayla in particular was great and we will be back.
First class experience start to finish! Best dealer sales experience I've ever had. Jeff Baja was fantastic all the way around. From showing me the truck, explaining different lease plans and knocking out the process in record time. I highly recommend Jeff for a lease or purchase transaction.
The service department did everything they could to help me get my Acadia back before the weekend. Customer service called me Friday morning to let me know that they had asked a technician to come in early to get my Acadia done. Check engine light, steering assistance on and fan runs after the car is turned off. Oil change, also. Warranty for the thermostat. They did oil change and new wipers for me that I paid for. My Acadia went in on Thursday, came home on Friday afternoon. So, I did get back for the weekend trip down state. Thanks Kayla!
