I found a truck I wanted on autotrader and contacted using their online form. Delinah (Dee!) responded and the rest is history. She gave me a great FaceTime tour and I decided to make the drive from New Orleans. By the end of the test drive, it felt like we were old friends and the previous owner was a dealership employee so got a great scoop on the history. Love my new F150 Lightning and even with all my sunk costs and time they were still willing to negotiate on the price, and David the money man was great walking me through all the paperwork and legal.
