Best dealership experience ever. I took my 2017 Ford Edge in for a recall repair and was given a 2026 Ford Explorer as a loaner and I knew I had to have it! I was very impressed with the whole experience from service, to getting my loaner, to sales. Everything ran like clockwork. It has been a great pleasure to work with Emily. We set an appointment to test a car but on the day of testing we changed our mind and wanted to test two other cars. Emily quickly arranged everything on the spot and we manage to test different models and choose the best car for our needs and budget, all in a couple of hours.
