Bought a truck back in on august 16 2025. A 2020 f150. Brought the truck home and immediately after pulling into the driveway it started knocking HARD the whole front end of the truck was shaking. Long story short I got ahold of Patrick (my salesman) got the truck back down to Saginaw (I’m an hour away). Patrick told me his service team said “there was water from them power washing the engine bay” now I talked around and have been told that water will evaporate in the engine bay. Got the truck back a week later and no issues. Up until October 23rd 2025. I was at work getting ready to go on lunch, truck ran fine to the store. Turned it off ran in. Came back out and it started misfiring. So I limped it back to the shop. Called a tow and now here I am going on 6 months with no vehicle. Keep in mind if they will do this to a 20 year old. They’ll do it to anyone.

It was such a rocky road getting to be able to buy a new vehicle, I cannot thank Chris S. enough for all of his help getting me into a new vehicle! He was so patient and understanding of my situation and so so helpful making the process as smooth as possible!

After seeing a suv on their lot and inquiring about it I left work and made the hour trip to come look at a car. This was after I also talking to Chris on the phone multiple times. He knew we were coming, he said "I have it here waiting for you". Walk in to be told to wait. Around 30 mins go by and not a single person said another thing to me. I walked out after another customer walked out before me who was upset about a repair. As I was leaving I found the vehicle I was inquiring about tucked off in the back lot and not matching the description the salesman said. Completely unprofessional and dishonest treatment from a supposed reputable dealership deserves a 0 star rating.

Pleasant buying experience. They held the truck once i was approved so I could make the 7 hour drive for it and kept me in the loop throughout the process.

Really bad experience. Took my pickup in for hard shifting and a rear pinion seal leak. They told me the rear pinion bearing was bad and needed rebuilt/replaced. Taken it back 3x now because truck was still leaking gear oil and truck was still shifting hard. Each time they had it for minimum 2 weeks and over $5,000 later truck is still having its shifting problems.
