Sean Hiranaka is a great person to work with. I was recommended to see him from multiple sources. My girlfriend and a both bought tacomas through him and we loved the war he approach sales. Absolutley great customer service. At first, I was a little annoyed with the value on my trade in, but they were absolutely awesome with talking to me and explaining in depth things I didn't think of or know of. In the end, knowing more of the barriers they have to hurdle, I felt I was given a fair price. Randy was awesome with keeping me up to date on my new vehicles shipping and arriving, and very welcoming and helpful through the sales process. Outside of my sale, they have great people working there. John Putnam wasn't even the one who ended up doing my sale, (I was first introduced to him awhile back), and he still contacted me asking how my car was and how I felt out of just genuine care. They are the only place on island, selling you a great and brand new vehicle without a $10,000 "market adjustment". First brand new car and they made my experience awesome. I am glad I went with Servco Kauai!

John Putman is THE BEST!!! From the initial meeting, to pre-order & everything to picking up license plates after going through the entire process of a purchase of a brand new 2021 Tacoma; John was ON POINT! This was the first time working with Lihue Servco & now I know why John was so highly recommended. He went out of his way to keep me updated on the shipping process, financing & post-pick up procedures. His sense of humor & positive attitude helped make this "adulting" experience less stressful than I have experienced before! Very professional, dedicated & truly caring about his clients. Kayla in the admin office was also incredibly helpful, as the dealership is VERY busy since COVID & she stepped in to help John with the details of this transaction.
