I was fooling around not seriously looking for a truck but I have been seeing these dodge ram 1500 laminate with the night edition. I saw the truck at a few places but none of the other dealerships wanted to do anything. It was just come on in and test drive some trucks. Well I tried to explain I wanted everything done over the phone nothing. Just more calls u coming in. I ignored those. Then I saw the truck with all the features I wanted so I filled out a capital one soft credit pull. They wanted to much down then I get a call from A salesman from Seth wadley chevy gmc named. Bryian Slayter. I told him what I wanted and it was alot we went back and forth and he said let me talk to my sales manager thinking yep ill never hear nothing back. This was on a Friday nite by the way. Then I get another call and text saying we should be able to do the deal with no down payment. We text some more about random stuff very warm and friendly guy. Then Sat he said they are running my stuff without co signer and no down and surprise I got approved. Me and my wife headed down cause of course someone else was wanting that truck which it is a high demand truck. Anyways we get there and I was seated and visited with the other people there. Brian showed up was detailing my truck. We took it to a test drive loved the truck went in and finished up the deal went to finance and got a warranty gap and in and out easy breezy. Fastest I have ever been in a dealership and gone in about an hr. This is my 4th vehicle from them and this was by far the best experience. Love the truck checked and online said it was a good deal. I have to mention I was struggling to get my phone connected before I left dealership and he just so happen to come back to grab something showed me how to connect my phone. New technician.idk.lol. the only thing that didn't happen that usually does they put a good amout of gas in before purchase but that was the only thing that i didn't get. Bryan though went way and beyond to sell me the truck. All salesman could learn from him about doing what customer ask and stay in contact. Thank u to u and the finance who was a hoot. Very happy with my truck and my experience.

Buying a vehicle can be hard and frustrating. Finding a dealership that takes pride in what they do is also a task. I recently bought a 2018 Colorado that was having issues a few days after purchase and they're willing to help me out to the best of their capabilities! The service department and salesman have been great people to communicate with and they're quick to respond to all my questions!
