I cannot recommend my Sales Professional Hank Johnson at Seth Wadley enough. I retired out of the car business after 35 years, that fact makes it VERY difficult for me to go car shopping and deal with salesmen. Hank, his manager TK, and JT in the business office were all very helpful and understanding. They were all very personable and down to earth. To sum it up, just make the drive, it was worth it! I got the truck I had been looking for, and a great deal to boot.

I appreciate that Seth Wadley Jeep offers free oil changes for life, but the service experience has been extremely frustrating. Every time I schedule an appointment for 10:00 AM, I end up sitting at the dealership until around 4:00 PM just for a routine oil change. Six hours for a scheduled oil change is unreasonable, especially when customers make appointments expecting their time to be respected. If the dealership is consistently running behind, appointments should be scheduled accordingly or customers should be given realistic wait-time expectations. Offering free oil changes is a great perk, but it loses its value when customers have to devote an entire day to receive the service. I hope management takes a closer look at their scheduling and service department efficiency because the current wait times are unacceptable.
