# Summary The dealership receives mixed reviews regarding sales and service experiences. While some customers praise the sales team's patience and willingness to work with buyers on financing, others report significant post-purchase issues including mechanical problems that were dismissed during the sales process, improper vehicle servicing, and warranty claim denials that left them feeling misled.
Everything seems super nice and good looking upfront, but after buying a Forster with the dealer, I had a transmission failure ended up having to get it replaced under warranty of course. They completely booed up the warranty with a bad relearn on the transmission. They also forgot to give me extra set of keys whenever I bought the car that they didn’t even tell me about. They over tightened my front tire on the right Which ended up causing me to snap a lug post for an unrelated tire repair and I had to spend 30 minutes repairing that. They also under tightened my left tire on the front. They touched tires on the rear that they didn’t even need to remove for a transmission replacement and over torqued the lug nuts on those to the point the tire shop I took it to today had to fight demons to remove the tires and re-torque all of them. I also realized in the process they did not replace the Spindle Nuts nor even try to stake the nut lock again at least. 0/10, Do not recommend. I do love my car that I bought, but it took me a decent chunk of time and money wasted just to make it work right. They sent the car off to their secondary dealer hatch Toyota just across the way for the warranty and I’ve heard stories about that dealer too. They also did multiple hard pulls on my credit when they only needed to do one for the initial loan that I got accepted for.
Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the vehicle I purchased from your dealership. I understand that I am now beyond the warranty period, and this is not really about whether I am a few days or months too late for coverage. My disappointment is that the heating and air conditioning system was not functioning properly from the day I purchased the vehicle. In fact, I notified my salesperson of the issue the same day I drove the vehicle off the lot. At the time, I was repeatedly asked whether I was operating the controls correctly and was even told that a video would be sent to help me use the system. Because of those conversations, I spent months believing the issue might be related to operation rather than an actual mechanical problem. Over time, it became clear that the problem was not user error. The heating and air conditioning system simply was not functioning properly. Had I known that at the time of purchase, it certainly would have affected my decision. I understand that I purchased a used vehicle, but I also believe that basic features such as heating and air conditioning should be operational when a vehicle is sold, especially one that cost nearly $26,000. My concern has never changed: the vehicle was sold with a problem that existed at the time of purchase, and I reported that problem immediately. Living approximately two hours away made it difficult to continue pursuing the issue, but I scheduled an appointment after being told by my salesperson that the repair should likely be covered, subject to service department approval. I was therefore very disappointed to later be told that it would not be covered. At this point, I am not writing to argue about warranty dates. I am writing because I feel that a legitimate concern raised on day one was never adequately addressed. The conflicting information, the inconvenience, and the lack of resolution have left me feeling disappointed in both the sales and service experience. As a result, I have lost confidence in the dealership and will not be returning for future business. I wanted management to understand why they have lost a customer. Good luck to anyone buying a used car, sometimes it's not always as great as it sounds~check those vehicles out goor from the inside -out.
So story time. My mother and I came into 77 Subaru looking for a vehicle for her. My mom has been jobless for a while after getting laid off and has had a hard time finding anything since and unfortunately lost her car a few months ago. We came in 77 after visiting Hatch, trying to find something for her within her price range. We looked around, and Matt, our sales rep who was helping us, had her look at a 2013 Nissan Murano Platinum. It was a bit over her price range. But she went ahead and looked at it and determined she liked it enough to work out a deal. Matt immediately went batting for us as my mom's funds were limited, trying to make a deal that would work for her. We struggled with the idea of getting it as it was ending up to be just too much. That was when the General Sales Manager got involved and started to help. We all talked, and Lane was incredibly understanding with her situation, and we eventually came to a deal that worked for them and my mom. A few days later. My mom and I wanted to go to the lake for fun and decided to take her car. But, about 12 miles from the lake, the car, for some reason, overheated. We had been told everything checked out with the car, so I immediately called our sales rep Matt and told him what was going on, and he immediately notified Lane of the situation. I told Lane I was having the car towed back to 77, and Lane said they would figure out what happened and make it right. Turned out for some reason. The radiator just blew up. But Lane took great care of us and had the car diagnosised and fixed with a new radiator. For absolutely free. I absolutely love Subaru 77. My wife and I take our own cars there for service all the time, and these recent events have made me an even more loyal customer. I highly recommend Subaru 77, and I highly recommend anyone who's looking for a used or new car to talk to Matt and the general sales manager Lane will work with you and give you a fair deal that both parties are happy with!!!!
My husband and I needed a bigger car and we bought one from Logan today. He was amazing!! We had to wait for the vehicle we were trading in to be brought in and he was so patient and kind the whole time! Highly recommend Logan and Subaru 77!!
We purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek last week at 777 Subaru in Show Low Az. We had a great salesman; Logan Brimhall who was very personable and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and I would highly recommend him and 777 Subaru to anyone in the market for a new car.
