Our Sales Associate, Tucker, was phenomenal—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure we were comfortable and confident every step of the way. He guided us through the entire process from beginning to end, answered all our questions, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. A huge shoutout as well to the finance team, Deborah and Brian, who truly went above and beyond. They worked diligently to ensure we received the best deal possible, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure we felt taken care of rather than rushed. This past Friday I stopped by Sewell BMW simply to look at a preowned BMW 7 Series, and to my surprise I ended up purchasing the car!
