From start to finish, Macy, Sam, and the entire Sewell experience were top notch. Macy spent significant time educating me on GMC's and the different trim levels since I was coming from a Ford. During my initial visit, they provided me with all of the data I needed so I could make an informed decision over the next week. They were not pushy in their sales efforts which was a relief as I'm a analytical thinker and need time to process the information. When I presented them with pricing from other dealerships, they worked with me and gave me a comparable offer. With Sewell's reputation, I wanted to purchase from them and they made it work. It was also nice that I wasn't passed off from Sales to Finance. Macy handled the process start to finish, and Sam provided some additional advice regarding leasing and financing options. Macy was professional and genuinely friendly during the entire process and a pleasure to deal with.

I want to say our sales associate Adrian was amazing. He is a HUGE asset to Sewell and everyone he works with. Adrian never pressured us, was knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for, made sure the financing was streamlined and it was never a stressful process. We will be buying all our cars from Sewell in the future. I am a customer for life and it is because of Adrian. Our daughter is so excited about her car!!! And I feel great knowing she is in something safe.
