Car shopping can be a nightmare. After days/weeks of multiple dealerships not willing to work with me with what I wanted, I inquired at Sewell. I was contacted and helped by Jodi and Annabelle (I believe that was her name that Jodi was training) almost immediately. I told her what I was looking for and she said she could meet what I wanted, and more. I was skeptical as dealerships could try to trick you but was I wrong. From the moment I stepped in they treated my wife and I amazing. The dealership was beautiful too and the other staff were great. We test drove, got to the numbers and Jodi delivered what I said I wanted and even got me a better price than expected! Best of all, the whole process from negotiating to close was extremely fast. She was amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone if you want great service and not feel like you’re being taken advantage of. Thank you Jodi, Annabelle and Laura for everything. My wife is happy!

Alexis (Ali) was absolutely outstanding. She helped me secure a brand-new Cadillac and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. We handled everything over the phone, finalized the deal quickly, and when I arrived all I had to do was sign the paperwork. No stress, no back and forth. She was professional, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Her attitude made me feel right at home, which is not something you often say about buying a car. I am amazed by the quality of staff at Sewell and the way they treat their customers. We were greeted by Sales consultant Jodi Alvarez along with a new sales Intern. From Test driving Cadillac Lyriq to patiently answering all our questions, they are definitely an asset to GM/Sewell. Jodi went above and beyond several times like negotiating Interest rates on our behalf, clearing minor body shop damages before delivery and every time she made sure we are 100% satisfied. We are extremely grateful to Sewell especially Jodi and its our 2nd purchase from Sewell. Keep up the great job! We wilk be back again to Sewell for our next purchase in the future. Sewell has done it again! I used to have an Audi and the Sugarland Audi is Amazing. Now I have a Cadillac and the Sewell Cadillac is just as Amazing! Top of the line service!! All of it from Casey in the area where you leave your car to the cookies and drinks. 😊No details missing in between. Casey was a pleasure to work with. He called me about all the details throughout the working on my car. And the video sent to me on the issues that needed to be fixed. 😊 if only all the other Cadillac places were as nice as this one. I left after a short wait with a loaner car. I drove from Baytown (where there is a Cadillac place) all the way to Katy because of this kind of service! Absolutely love this dealership!
