The experience i had here was phenomenal!!! Exceptionally awesome. Clint Rodgers was my service man and he went above and beyond to get my car serviced and back to me in a super fast time. He is very courteous and personable. Most super in explaining what I needed done. Very knowledgeable, and the receptionists were very informant and knowledgeable also. Normally, buying a vehicle sucks. You search everywhere for what you want, deal with pushy salesmen, and spend most the day on edge in a dealership. Sewell Cadillac of Midland is different though. I’ve bought different vehicles over the years, and this was the best experience yet. My salesman Zachary Stensrud, made the whole process easy. Friendly and polite, he gave me ample time to check the vehicle out and ask questions. He understood I knew what I wanted, and made sure I was happy with the vehicle before we went inside. The jeep had a few minor damages, and they were taken care of before I even left! They made sure I felt good driving off the lot. The Service Department was quick and efficient! Weston Mitchel handled my loan paperwork, and made it a breeze. Already pre approved, he walked me through everything and let me ask questions for a better understanding. I highly recommend, you look for your next vehicle here!

Service department is a joke. Took my Escalade in to find out where washer fluid reservoir was leaking from and to look at the suspension. Was told they need to keep my car for 2 weeks for a master technician to look at suspension and that would be $299 diagnostic fee. If I only wanted the reservoir checked out, it would be same day. Got a quote a few hours later with suspension repairs and countless other things on it saying they all need done and nothing about the reservoir. I was still in town so I went by. I asked how someone was able to look at the suspension already when I was told the master tech was booked for 2 weeks and she said someone else was able to do it. I asked about all the other things they added in and how they were already looked at. She said they just go by what the mileage says and not actually look at if it needs it or not. Two of the items in question for me was tire rotation/ balance and alignment. I just had brand new tires put on and an alignment so I knew that was a lie. I wanted my car back at that point because you are charging $299 to look at my mileage and make stuff up that "needs repaired/ replaced". They charged me an additional $99 to tell me my reservoir was leaking. Obviously! That's why I was there. I asked her to go ask the technician WHERE it is leaking from and she acted like it was a total inconvenience to her. If I'm paying the money for you to DIAGNOSE them, actually do your job! They are crooks! Waste of time and money.

Oh they are great, till you buy the car,,, then they will lie to you not fix any problems your car has they will even cheat on your finance paperwork. Don't go here find any company tenths one you'll regret this sale. Debi Goodman
