Sewell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I purchased a 2026 Ram 1500 Tradesman today. One million thank you's are not enough but Thank You so very much Kimberly Trent! You made the whole process so very easy! Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name I spoke with but Thank you to him as well. One of if not the best car buying experiences I've ever had! 6-7-26 updated.

I purchased a truck from Sewell Dodge of Andrews in 2024. At that time I was shopping out of necessity, and under stress. My circumstances were not ideal so I was not expecting to drive off with the truck that they were able to get me into. At that time Kevin and Hector were the finance manager and salesman and I had a top tier experience. This year I found myself in a similar situation. As has generally been the case for me—I do not have favorable credit and disposable income. I generally expect that the chances of me getting into a quality vehicle are low. I was able to get in touch with Hector Galindo who is now the finance manager at Sewell GMC down the road and he made it a priority to get me in contact with his team at Sewell GMC as well as the team at Sewell Dodge (down the road) to be sure that I had as many options for vehicles as possible. I eventually was introduced to a salesman named Mason Hosier at Sewell Dodge. Mason was professional, kind, personable, and very knowledgeable. From the time I stepped into the front door to pulling out of the lot in brand new 2026 Ram 1500, Mason and his team made me feel like the most important person they would attend to that day. Even though I did not have the best financials to work with, they got me a DREAM TRUCK that checked all of my boxes and then some. I am still shocked. One of the most notable things for me was the fact that we started this experience with a phone call on Tuesday morning from Odessa and by Tuesday afternoon I had a brand new truck. The fact that I was able to call from Odessa and arrive in Andrew’s two hours later and the process was already underway, was remarkable. When I arrived they had a truck at the front of the dealership detailed, turned on, and ready for a test drive. Matt, Emmanuel, and Mason as well as the whole team at Sewell Dodge of Andrews are the ones you want on your side when shopping for a new vehicle. I am so grateful for the hard work they put into taking care of me. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend.

This was my first time visiting this dealership. I had a great experience with the Salesman (Mason)and Finance manager (Matt). Mason was polite professional and very helpful in explaining things I questioned and gave me answers to all. He worked to get me the numbers I was comfortable with while communicating with Matt one of the finance managers. They both were professional and went above and beyond for me to get into a new vehicle for my family. 10/10 experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking into buying. Mason and Matt thank you for your expertise and a great experience. Also I had forgot a few items from my trade in and Mason personally delivered them to my home. That speaks volumes of the integrity he has to do that for a customer. This will be my go to dealership and I will recommend them every time.

Always good business at this store. Parts, sales, service. We have experience with all 3 parts of this store. They take care of you, and get you what you need. Parts and service is great. In and out as fast as they can, parts pending. And sales, we have purchased 4 vehicles since July here and can’t be happier. Matt the sales manager is easy to deal with, and finance is easier. They can’t make your credit better, haha, but they can work with you to get you into an affordable vehicle.

This is my first review of a Car Dealer after 45yrs of driving. Collin and his team are the best you're going to find, period. I have NOTHING good to say about any other dealer I've EVER worked with. Jason doesn't ask me to do anything but sign... I have NOTHING BUT GOOD things to say about the SewellTeam. My first RAM truck and I couldn't be more impressed, it drives like a car... Granted, it is a Limited but, it is amazing. I am a Retailer so I know how this process can work when the right intent is driving it. Many Tks! Anthony Muscariello
