I truly appreciate the associate for the warm welcome and for showing me the customer waiting area. However, I had requested that my car be washed and vacuumed after the service, and neither was done. After I asked again, they only gave it a quick wash, and the car still looked dirty, with no vacuuming completed. I chose to leave quietly.

Honestly, the first positive used car purchase experience ive ever had. After a total loss accident and a month of unexpected car shopping, I was at my wits end with the whole process. Visiting multiple dealers, haggling, rejecting 10 spam calls a day, doing research on vehicles etc is exhausting. We had just come from CarMax before visiting Sewell, so maybe I'm being biased, but our Sewell experience was so easy and straightforward I almost can't believe it. Our awesome salesperson Nicole was so friendly and easygoing, plus she's the only person we dealt with from start to finish. None of the "manager behind the curtain" stuff. Nicole was patient, listened and answered all our questions and concerns, presented us with a stack of detailed info about the car, didn't pressure us or try and upsell anything but provided available options in a helpful way. There were no surprise costs or fees, the price advertised was the actual price, which is almost never the case! Plus, she ended up staying late to make sure we could take the car home that night.
