Sewell INFINITI of North Houston

I honestly don't know where to start. Sewell Infiniti of North Houston is the absolute best. It's the little things for me that makes customer service unparalleled. This is my second Infiniti. The first was with a different dealership. When I arrived at Sewell with my second vehicle, the difference was immediately identified. My service representative (Francisco) met me as I entered the garage. Clearly explained everything I should expect during my visit. Then he walked me inside, showed me around and answered all of my questions and addressed all of the concerns I had. I felt like we were discussing a human being not a vehicle! Then the mechanic (Luis) took things over the top when he sent me videos providing a visual of what was going on with my vehicle, what the plan was to fix it and the estimated time it would take. They provided me with a loaner vehicle and I was on my way with no stress or worries because I knew "kandy" was in good hands. WHAT ELSE CAN I ASK FOR? Yep, a sugar cookie and a cold drink. They really care about their customers. Thanks for making me feel like family.

This was my second time purchasing a vehicle not only from this Sewell dealership but from Mr. Blake Brockway. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish in both deals and made me feel so confident and cared for with my first purchase that I wasn’t gonna trust anyone else but him when it came time to get another vehicle! He always takes the time to really explain things so you feel comfortable and not try to push to make a sale for the sake of making a sale! I always feel like an appreciated customer when working with Blake! I had absolutely no issues with my previous car I purchased from this dealership the entire time of ownership and just wanted to bring it back for something a little newer! She went WAY out of her way to make sure we had an unbelievable experience! Erika was very attentive and made sure we were getting the exact vehicle we wanted! She was very understanding with our timing and was not pushy at all. Once we made our decision all our options were presented and paperwork was a breeze. I would like to share my positive experiences with Francisco Alegria, Assistant Service Manager at Sewell Infiniti of North Houston. The level of care and attention given to my vehicle has been truly impressive. Recently, I celebrated a significant birthday and brought my car in for a routine service appointment. To my surprise, Francisco and some of his team members approached me with a birthday cupcake and kindly arranged to sing Happy Birthday to me loudly. It was a lovely and memorable gesture. I only wish I could have recorded the moment. It was a wonderful way to start my birthday and left a lasting impression.
