Last year, I purchased a pre-loved Jaguar and decided to bring it in for an oil change and a multi-point inspection—mainly for peace of mind, as the car was running well. Booking my appointment online was easy, with plenty of time slots available, so I chose one that fit my schedule. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by a service advisor, Ben Henderson. Ben Henderson made the process seamless, setting me up with a loaner vehicle so I could run errands while my car was being serviced. He also arranged for a complimentary car wash. During the inspection, the technician sent me a detailed video showing the condition under the hood and the underside of the car, including checks on bushings, bearings, and brake life. The level of detail exceeded my expectations. The loaner Land Rover was spotless and drove smoothly, making my errands enjoyable. When I returned a couple of hours later, my Jaguar was ready—sparkling clean and serviced. The service advisor followed up the next day to ensure everything was satisfactory. The exceptional service truly stood out and made the experience memorable.

This was my first time to visit this dealership to have my car serviced and I have to say I couldn't be more satisfied. Robin provided excellent customer service. I have found that in the past I have been disappointed after buying a car when I have to deal with their service dept. This is definitely not the case here.

The entire crew & experience during our order & receipt of our new Range River was a pleasure! From the management to the various support team made us feel confident that we would & did receive the best assistance now & down the road. A very personal relationship has been established. I know I can call for answers of the simplest nature and know we will remain valued customers who can depend on Sewell at any point.
