I recently purchased a 2020 Ranger Lariat from Shaker’s Ford and worked with Daniel Baker. I had a terrible experience at Shaker’s Family Ford and would not recommend them to anyone. I brought my car in for repairs and was charged around $1,700, yet the original issues were never fixed. I left with the exact same problems I came in with, which is extremely frustrating considering the amount of money I paid. It honestly feels like parts were replaced without actually diagnosing or resolving the real issue. On top of that, communication was very poor. I was never kept updated and constantly had to call them myself just to get any information about my car. My vehicle was there for about three months, which is completely unacceptable, especially with no clear answers or progress. They also didn’t provide me with a loaner vehicle until the very end, which made things even more inconvenient. To make matters worse, my car was returned to me with damage, my front lip was broken while in their care. It then took another month just for them to replace it. Overall, this experience was unprofessional, stressful, and a complete waste of my time and money. I expected much better service from a dealership.
