My experience at Shan Auto was amazing. Since I was a first time car buyer, Josh worked so hard to put me in a vehicle the same day. I received the car that I wanted and the payments that I wanted. They made me feel like family honestly. Most car dealerships just want to sell you anything but these guys are so sincere about getting you approved no matter what your credit is. Chris was amazing too with getting me approved on that auto loan. I love these guys and I plan on doing business with them in the future !!!

Josh & Winfield are amazing. I came here on my birthday and walked away with a very nice - good quality Honda Accord with affordable insurance and payments. I recommend Shan Auto Sales to anyone. You will not regret coming here. Excellent service all around the board.

The best car buying experience ever. First I would like to say thanks again to Winfield and Briscoe for getting me in my 2013 Volkswagen CC. I was in a sticky situation and he pulled through. When I say they can help with any situation they can help anybody. They have lots of cars to choose from and you will not be disappointed.

The car we wanted to test drive needed a jump and were told it was because "the car had been sitting for a while." Took it to a mechanic and the battery was nearly dead. Shan Auto will run your credit multiple times without your permission and we received about 10 follow up declination letters in the mail, impacting our credit -- your credit rating goes down every time your credit is run. The price you see on their website is the standard "get you in the door" price, so we ended up paying $2000 more than was advertised. The signing process was rushed and I declined to sign the blank papers that we were given to us by the salesperson. The owner stepped in and took care of it. We traded in an old car that had front tag bolts that were hard to get off. We were given the rear tag and was told "that's really all you need," with an excuse from the sales person saying that it would have to wait until Monday. I insisted on leaving with both plates -- MD MVA is strict about plate returns, and the owner kindly pulled them off of the car. We were not given directions as to who and where to send the car payment to. Got a good deal on a car and the owner was sincere, but really uncomfortable with the whole transaction with the sales persons.
