We came in frustrated, (having been to other dealerships already and got the run around). We spoke with Salesman “K”. (I can say his name, I just can’t spell it) We pulled up and told him exactly what we were looking for, no BS or we walk. Little did we know, he was on it! We told him we were pressed for time and my wife needed to go to work and either this deal was going to work or it wasn’t. He was very professional, hospitable and level headed. Just before we were about to walk out, Finance Manager Wendy comes running into the lobby shaking a paper saying, “WAIT!” She got us EXACTLY the deal we wanted from a lender we trust. We were in and out thanks to “K” and Wendy! They gained lifelong customers. We WILL be back and not sure we’ll go anywhere else. Happy Customers for sure!

We were traveling from Austin to Shreveport when we experienced a wheel issue near Marshall and had to be towed to Shapen Toyota with only a couple of hours left before closing. The service team immediately understood our situation, prioritized our vehicle, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, and got us safely back on the road the same day. Their professionalism, sense of urgency, and genuine care for customers were exceptional, and we’re incredibly grateful for how they turned a stressful situation into a minor delay. Awesome experience. If you go in ask for Darrell his years of experience with Toyota make him a knowledgeable and efficient salesman. He helped me get a nice car with an average credit score. The whole Shapen team is very professional. Great place to purchase a vehicle !
