If you want to be lied too and robbed of your money, these are your people. We spent $4,350 for a 2015 Ford escape, when we picked it up it drove about 8 miles and the transmission went out. We were told they were repairing the car and after about 2 weeks we were told they were substituting a 2016 Ford escape and it just needed detail and we could pick it up. As we were leaving to get it they called and lied about replacing an axle and it would be a couple of more days. A week and a half later they called and said it was ready. With the issue we had with the first car I requested some kind of warranty, Junior stated he would give us a 200 mile warranty on the transmission (which I have in email). We picked up the car and we got about 100 miles and the transmission started screaming, I called and messaged Junior and Bedi and I was told they will not honor the warranty because they went above and beyond. I am disabled and elderly and this has destroyed us, now I have to sell everything I own to fix this car and legal aid is filing a lawsuit for the repairs. The people are also the Oasis group in Bedford, I advise to stay clear if you don't want to be robbed.
