I've always received excellent customer service at Shawville Ford. Curtis sold me my first car. They consistently go above and beyond for their customers. Just recently, I was in Shawville from out of town dealing with a family matter when I unexpectedly experienced car troubles. Robert & his staff were able to make a repair and get me back on the road. I safely made it to my destination thanks to their help. Of all the dealerships I've deal with, Shawville Ford is second to none. I highly recommend their services.

I have dealt with three ford dealerships which are based in Gatineau, Ottawa and shawville. I have to say I recommend shawville ford 💯% When you drive out of their parking lot you will feel good about your new purchase and know that you are in good hands.You definitely get more what you pay in just customer service alone. When I needed service done on my Bronco they picked up my truck at home even left me a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't be stuck for the whole day. They are thoughtful to their customers that's definitely a plus, I never had a problem and they stick to their deals. Trust me when I say you won't find this kind of service anywhere but here!
