We bought a jeep. I highly recommend if your going to purchase a vehicle to go through these guys!. It was an amazing experience from the start to the finish. I am at my wits end. Purchased a 2021 diesel truck 11/25. Within the month the truck died in the middle of the street This was the beginning of continual and various issues with the truck. Transmission, DEF issues etc. It’s been in the shop more than it has been driven. All repairs are under warranty for now. I’ve been asked to be patient and told “unfortunately it’s a used vehicle”It’s cost me alot of money for this unfortunately used 2021 vehicle! All I want is a working and safe truck. I have been more than patient. Most repairs only last a week. It’s back in the shop again. The loaner vehicles cannot be used for work. My truck is for my business and I spend all my time looking for a truck to borrow to make my living. The dealership needs to make this right. I should not be put in a position to purchase a NEW vehicle to solve this problem.

Bought a certified pre-owned vehicle on a Friday. Vehicle still needed to be detailed. Said I could pick it up Monday. I told them I would come Tuesday morning to pick it up. They forgot about it and it was not detailed or ready. They offered to deliver to my house. Fine. It arrives and it was hastily detailed with many dirty areas remaining. I had asked repeatedly to have the decal removed and it was agreed. The decal was not removed. I have to buy another car in a few months, and as it stands, I would not return here.
