George Queen was a wonderful sales person. My husband had been texting for about a year in anticipation of purchasing a new car. I am a long time Mercedes owner and was reluctant to change. I wanted a small to mid sized luxury suv. After testing the MB and Genesis SUVs we went over to see George. Our intent was to buy/drive the GX550. George assessed my needs and brought up a 2026 RX350 with the Luxury package for me to test drive first . I immediately knew this was the size I was looking for and was very impressed with the options as well as the test drive. We also drove the GX550 and it was super nice, but much bigger than I needed. (Which was also turned out to be the case with the MB SUV. ) The negotiations went smoothly. The dealership is very beautiful. The car selection was huge. The staff was very professional and pleasant. The high tech document signing was very nice and very efficient. George took a lot of time going through the features on the car and helped me create my Lexus account. The whole process was seamless and I absolutely love the car. I didn’t even consider other interior/exterior options because I immediately loved what George suggested for me. The test drive with was longer than the typical “around the block”. We got up to highway speeds and took some hilly winding roads to really get the feel for the car. Would absolutely purchase a car from them again.They had the car interior protection applied and detailing done while we signed the paperwork . They even had a beautiful red bow on the car when we walked out!

Great place, Matt in sales was excellent! I love my car. The dealership itself is nice. I've been back 3 times for maintenance before deciding to leave a review. Ralph in the service department helped answer every question I had about my car. Everytime I've been here, the employees have been friendly & they have never tried to sell me unnecessary services. They give you a poker chip so you can get a sandwich & a drink from the café while you wait. When you're car is finished being serviced, it's nice & clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location.

Great...no, excellent customer service by George Queen. Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis, is the epitomy of what customer service and car buying should be. The environment was professional, welcoming and comfortable, lunch was excellent, free donut Thursday, no back and forth with the boss. Although I live 20 minutes from Belair, MD the ride to Lexus of Annapolis was so worth the trip. I would recommend if you want a Lexus don't waste your time anywhere else, go straight to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. Kudos to all the staff that assisted me in purchasing my vehicle.
