7/16/25, An addition to our review.. still 5 plus stars as we pass our first service! We purchased the service package with the car and we're not disappointed! In and out in just over an hour, and they sent a video review of the service!! I felt confident of the care I received! Everything well attended to, questions answered. The waiting room was pleasant and stocked with snacks! Thanks again, Sheehy! Just returned home from Sheehy Subaru with our beautiful, certified used 2023 Crosstrek. We couldn't be happier with the sales help from Keedon and the hospitality extended in a moment of need after an accident! These folks went the extra mile to get us in this vehicle! Thanks Keedon and Robert, highly recommend this team!

The repairs to my vehicle look absolutely perfect and I had my car back within a week, even though I know it was a busy time for them. I would highly recommend Sheehy!

04/16/26 first oil change/tire rotation To add to my original review, I just had my first oil change / tire rotation. They were on time and completed my car in exactly the time they had told me. They provide a comfortable workspace so you can bring your computer, read a book, or just eat breakfast or lunch (they provide) and have some drinks/snacks. While I was waiting, the service advisor texted me with all of his contact information so that I could communicate and ask any questions during my visit. The mechanic sent me a comprehensive video of the inspection that they did on my vehicle. While I was waiting, the GM and the Love Encore Consultant both stopped by just to follow up to see how I liked the vehicle and if I had any questions / concerns. I was very impressed with the overall customer service and am really glad that I made the decision to become a member of the Sheehy family. 11/26/25 original review Subaru is a great vehicle, and the Sheehy folks are even better! ♥️ Max Crocetta (General Sales Manager), Keedon Evangelista (Sales Professional), and Zach Petrill (Finance Manager) were all super nice and very easy to deal with. They really went out of their way to make me feel like part of the Subaru family. I have a Golden Retriever that goes on adventures with me everywhere, so the Wilderness made perfect sense. I did extensive research prior to buying and received 23 quotes from dealers throughout the Mid-Atlantic for the exact new '25 Geyser Blue Wilderness that I wanted. Sheehy Subaru of Hagerstown was very competitive in its pricing making it a no-brainer to stay local. The services that you receive after the sale are awesome with an incredible lounge (donuts/sandwiches, quiet work areas, and children's play area). They even have a jar of dog biscuits and water bowl for your best friend. 🐾 They also offer a VIP level with fabulous perks as well. They're even sending me to Subaru school to learn about all of the accessories in my vehicle! I can't say enough good things about Sheehy and feel very lucky to be a part of such a special family. ♥️🐾🚙🎉

Walked into Sheehy Subaru Dealership in Hagerstown and the next thing you know it, I’m walking out with a brand new 2026 Outback! The whole process was so easy that I am still in disbelief that it happens so quickly! Great staff! Shout out to Kevin and to the great staff there at Sheehy Subaru in Hagerstown!
