When I arrived to close the deal, all of the paperwork was waiting and it was a simple smooth transaction! Very happy with my purchase and the service we received!

Sold me a car, a 2018 Ford Escape, haven’t even gave the FIRST monthly payment and that car has already cost me so much money. Engine is faulty, breaking down, my best guess a cheap patch was thrown on so the car showed no issues the first 2 weeks and just sell it. Horrible. Update: I contacted the service contract who determined the car had PRE EXISTING issues before purchase was made. Resulting in a replacement of the entire engine. I haven’t had the car for even a month. The service contract will NOT cover PRE EXISTING issues. Does not matter if other pieces to the car were added cause hence forth they still needed them. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Y’all knew this car was faulty and sold it anyways. People out here work hard for their money and y’all take advantage of that.
