My parents recently brought their Traverse into the Shepards service after having some weird motor issues. As someone who works in the automotive industry, I know how many sneaky and shady advisors there are out there who try to upsell and over charge. I really appreciate the service manager actually taking care of them and being prompt in getting the vehicle in process and completed—even taking the time to cue me in on information to help them make the best decision for their car! That’s what good service departments do!

Caleb is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Kept me informed while searching for my new Colorado. Rod took the time to explain my lease and made sure I understand it.

My wife and I worked with Aiden Patton. The experience couldn't have gone better. Aiden is a young man, but quite knowledgeable. He listens and pursues the relationship without being pushy. My wife, who is very 'selective' when it comes to salesmen, thinks Aiden "Hung the moon."

I dropped my truck off for service and, unfortunately, ended up with a small issue. I took my truck back in for diagnostics, and Seth, the service manager, took care of it. No arguments! I appreciate the honesty and the help I was given with this issue.

I am only leaving a 5 star review because that is the highest I can go. I purchased a 2016 Chevy Tahoe LTZ a couple days ago, it was the first car I’ve ever bought from a lot. When I got there, my salesman Scott Carlin was pulling my car in from the car wash for my test drive. I had in mind what I wanted but i never felt pressured at all while I was there. Scott gave me his full attention and allowed me to ask all the questions i could. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to sell me on the car, he just answered all my questions unbiasedly and honestly. John made the financing extremely simple and bid between banks for my lowest rate. All the associates and service staff I interacted with were extremely professional and helpful, stopping what they were doing to assist me. Things on the car that were concerns were immediately addressed and fixed on the spot or parts were ordered no questions asked. I would highly recommend Shepherd’s to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience. My future cars will definitely come from there. I also highly recommend Scott Carlin as your salesman.
