Sherwood GMC Buick

We visited Tunkhannock, PA for a funeral. Our Equinox EV had more than enough range to get us there but not enough to get back. This small town had only one public charging station. It was several miles from the center and level 2. We noticed Sherwood Chevy on the way into town. We called Sherwood and explained our dilemma. They were more than willing to help us. They gave us access to their level 3, i. e. very fast, charger while we attended the funeral a few blocks away. We had plenty of juice to drive around town and return home the next day. I highly recommend these guys.

Everyone we worked with was courteous , knowledgeable, friendly and professional and shared a commitment to get us want we were looking for . Even during a snow storm , they were able to locate the perfect car for us . We were assured that if we had any questions or needed anything to just call or stop in .And I'm sure they will be there as they have been family owned for over 100 years!

Was not happy at all this time. Was told I needed new wipers, they just put them on in July, oh wait let me check out records, so them all of a sudden I only needed one wiper, which they put on under warranty. Had to change the cabin filter, I asked her how much she told me I said there is a special on line, she said is that our site, then ripped up the bill and have me s new one with the sale price. Was not happy with the treatment, felt like I was bothering them. I left my other dealer in July and I thought I had going a good dealer for service but not so much anymore. Don't think I'll be back. Sorry

Great place and the people are awesome. Wouldnt trust a used Chevy by any means after having 2 used ones poop out on me, but a completely new Chevy is pretty good
