Super disappointed in the customer service here in the service department. I took my car in today have some warranty work done. Not one person in that area seemed interested in a helping me. I approached one of the desks and no one seemed to even bat an eyelid that I was there.. I would’ve expected at least a ‘good morning’! The lady I dealt with today had zero and I mean ZERO customer service skills and made me feel like I was such an inconvenience to her… I was asking her questions and I received glares and simple responses. I also asked the lady to add my number to my file rather than my husbands. She said she did that. However I had to call her and check that she added my number as I hadn’t received any messages but my husband received multiple. (On the call she said she did it already, however, I could hear her typing 😂) during our call, I coincidently received a text message from her. I also wasn’t aware that the shuttles are now ordered through Uber I was not told this by the lady who helped me. I was just asked to wait for a certain vehicle, it was a very awkward situation for the uber driver and I.

I can’t thank Peter and Mae enough for all their hard work helping me find not just a great vehicle but the one that was right for me. They created a welcoming atmosphere for me and my fiancé and always encouraged test driving so I could realize what I needed from the experience. I can’t thank them enough for getting me into my Jeep Grand Cherokee and making sure it was the right fit for me.

Ryan Ayotte is the kind of car salesperson you hope to find but rarely do. Honest (a true rarity in the industry!), incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and armed with a great sense of humour that made the whole process enjoyable. His service was seamless from start to finish, with every detail handled professionally and efficiently. In fact, our first experience was so positive that we sought him out again for our second vehicle purchase. If you’re looking for someone you can trust who genuinely knows his stuff!

I have had good experiences here before. Unfortunately this time I did not. It all started with a text from them to come in and see what my current truck would be worth and possibly get into a new truck. That part is just fine. The issues were when we were first going over price, the new truck was to be $89k and change with my trade in being $42k. No mention of anything else so I agreed. Fast forward two hours and I got in with finance. There the truck cost changed to $101k and to find out I’m upside down $40k on the old truck and that’s added in on top of it. It would have been nice to know instead of bury all of that information until the end. Also, I did not get the kick back mudflaps I requested and am not a fan of the plastic running boards. It kinda looks tacky. This wasn’t a good buying experience and I won’t be back again.
