Excellent experience! Tony was very respectful and welcoming. He was able to find the car right away and take it for a test drive. He was very straightforward with the process and pricing. We were able to buy the car easily. He did not waste time with fluff or fancy talk that other salesmen usually do. He was professional and efficient about the process.

I'll start this review off by saying, never ever let this dealership clean your car as a courtesy or for pickup of a new vehicle. I bought a new vehicle from this dealership, and there were scratches on the hood, rear quarter panel, trunk, and even the interior screens. The dealership did offer a free buff and polish, but even that only fixed the hood and the quarter panel. The scratches on the trunk were way too deep to be simply buffed out. The interior scratches on the screen and trunk are now just part of my so-called "new" car. I've tried to leave a Google review before, but it won't show up publicly. I don't know if the dealership is trying to hide this review. But onto the positives of this dealership: All I can say is Gahnem, an amazing salesman, contrary to the rest of the dealership. Gahnem is very knowledgeable and hospitable about the whole experience, with a no-pressure sales approach. Any issues regarding the whole transaction, he will get resolved ASAP. Even with customers that aren't local around the Sherwood Park area, he has online walk-around videos for ease of access to see the vehicle. Another shoutout for good service would be Fu in the service department.

The Service Dept. Staff are ready to assist with your case no matter what the situation is. I’m a pretty tough customer to deal with but they are a professional team making sure that I get the satisfaction I’m expecting from my Hyundai Dealership. From Chance one of the service advisors to Peter & Fu up in Management I’m completely happy with this team.

I first met with Rubal back in the Fall of 2025. She was super helpful but we weren't quite ready to buy. Today we are taking home our new vehicle and Rubal helped us once again. It was time to retire my old vehice and I did a ton of research to find a comparable vehicle. The Hyundai Tucson NLine was recommended as a possible replacement. I hadn't considered a Hyundai and knew very little about the models. Ghanem took his time in explaining to me the different models and trim packages available. He was able to answer all my questions without having to look it up (which was very impressive). It was a great, positive experience with the entire staff throughout the process and look forward to maintaining that relationship.
