I had a great experience at Sherwood Park Toyota. I was at another Toyota dealer and I noticed how they force customers to add packages on the car to increase their own gains without considering the real needs of the clients. However at Sherwood Park Toyota, they did not force to add and we discussed which packages are the best for my case. I really appreciate the help of Felicien and Blake along the road from the beginning (Jan 2026 that I preordered) until May 2026 that I recieved the car. They patiently went over my needs and questions and did their best to accomodate my needs and make it special for me.
