Red was a fantastic salesman, he took the time to explain all our options. He listened to what our needs were and found us an incredible vehicle. We got a VW Atlas Cross Sport. I think a lot of people assume this dealership is strictly for VW vehicles, and don’t get me wrong, their VW inventory is excellent. That said, I’ve now purchased my second Audi from Sherwood Park Volkswagen, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experiences here. From start to finish, I’m always treated incredibly well. From sales with Peter to Service with Chance. The entire team goes out of their way to make sure I’m taken care of, and it truly shows. A special shoutout to Fady, the GSM he’s outstanding and makes the whole process feel effortless and stress-free. If you’re looking for a dealership experience that actually feels like the one you deserve, I highly recommend stopping in.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade our car and i must say we were spoilt for choice. They had so many options that met our requirements, not to mention the cars were in such excellent condition. The staff were great and very patient with us, we didn't feel like they were trying to push anything on us (like how some dealerships do). It was a great experience and we are so happy with our 2024 VW Tiguan. I highly recommend checking them out if you want a hassle free, transparent and quick service.

I am writing this review on mine and my husband’s experience with Manny! Manny was a-plus from the first text and call I had with him- he went above and beyond by making a video of the vehicle I was interested in. I came down 5 hrs and he helped me choose a vehicle to my needs. He didn’t pressure me and made the experience great- Came back for my vehicle and he showed me all the features, filled up the tank and even missed some time at a wedding he was supposed to be at! I will be recommending Manny for sure! I love my atlas 💙

The BEST Car Buying Experience of My Life! Before I start, let me just say: Buying my 2026 VW Tiguan from Sherwood Park VW was less stressful than ordering a coffee on a Monday morning. It was, without question, the absolute best car buying experience of my life. I'd rank it above finding $20 in an old coat and slightly below adopting my first dog. Seriously, no stress, just pure joy. The team here is less like staff and more like the Justice League of Car Sales. Emily is a certified VW Genius—she was so knowledgeable that I'm pretty sure she invented the Tiguan. When I got to the finance desk, Juliette was amazing, completing the paperwork faster than I could remember my own social insurance number. Huge shoutout to Senior Sales Manager Graham too, who was clearly running a tight, customer-focused ship. The teamwork is outstanding! I did my due diligence and test-drove enough vehicles to qualify as a professional car reviewer (The Lexus NX was a contender, but let's be honest, it didn't stand a chance). I have zero regrets, and I am absolutely, ridiculously in love with my "Tiggy". My commute used to be a necessary evil, but now? Now, I look forward to it. Why? Because I'm getting a back massage while simultaneously operating a multi-ton vehicle. The massage seats didn't just elevate my driving experience; they elevated my life.
