Have always taken my Ram to have all services done there. Been very pleased from the phone call to schedule an appointment, to the friendly people in service and the work done. Have enjoyed it so much that I now take my wife’s Hyundai Santa Fe there for services. You can always count on Kelly and company to have a smile on their face. What a relief! Thank you for Mr.Micah Knapp, the service advisor at Shields Auto Center in Rantoul! My appointment was to change oil that day. However,I had some lingering questions regarding my jeep. I was wondering what kind of antifreeze I should use when needed and why there were cotton balls under the brake fluid container inside my jeep. Thankfully, Mr. Knapp took time to listen to my concerns and with the help of the service technician, was able to assist me with the issues I had with my vehicle. Got a flat right by rantoul. Took it in. Couldn’t get a tired until Monday. It came in on Friday. Kelly used my tire protection warranty. Seamless transaction aside from the annoyance of not having my truck for a 2 days. But better than original quote of 5 days.
