I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe from this dealership on July 2025. They were flexible with the negotiation. My salesperson was Nathan, and he was as kind and helpful as he can be. It’s hard to see dealerships now a days who are truly willingly to negotiate & satisfy customers asking price and are also kind with the them. I flew from California to Pennsylvania to purchase a car from them (as their deal was the best I found in the US), and as they only process bill of sale documents offline in the old school way (not sure if they process online too now), which was fine since they were very helpful throughout the process. Finally they let me keep the car in their dealership for 1-2 weeks until I was able to arrange a shipping company to ship the car after purchase. So I would give a 5/5 rating for them, since they are an outlier in how well they treat customers even in today’s market. And I hope they will remain this way.

Me and My Wife had bought several vehicles from Shively Motors and Shippensburg and every time we use Nate and he has to be the best salesman we’ve ever worked with. I literally won’t work with anybody else so make sure if you’re looking for a new or used vehicle you buy from Nate.!!!

I'm Back and forth between PA and Virginia. I realized I needed an inspection and I wasn't going to be back in PA for a couple weeks. We made an appointment at a place about 2 hours away. Left the house at 5:30 in order to get there for our appointment. Once we arrive there we were told they're not an emissions county so they could not inspect our vehicles. They were very nice however, to help us find places that maybe could help us. Recalled Shively and they were already pretty booked. I explained our situation and the lady on the phone was super helpful and offered to squeeze us in if we didn't mind to wait. We received amazing service and are very grateful for them understanding our situation and squeezing Us in on an already crazy Saturday. I'm a true believer that when you deal with businesses it's about the experience And the service front and foremost! Shively went above and beyond what they needed to do for us and as I said I would highly recommend and will definitely be using your services when I'm down this way if I need them.

I went in the lot cause I saw a vehicle that I really liked. I was not really looking to buy anything just yet and had made that know to Andy( my salesperson). He was patient and took his time with me by not being pushy at all. I took the Jeep for a test drive and came back with some questions for Andy. He answered perfectly and again not pushy just let me know if I was interested in filling out the credit application I could do it online. Long story I did and was later contacted by Andy to say I was approved and all the details....later that night I took my husband in to test drive the jeep and got his opinion and again Andy was helpful and my husband really liked him. He was very honest and forth coming for any questions we had or concerns. We told him we really loved it and wanted to touch base with our insurance company and we would be back the following morning( Friday). He had the car ready for us when we came in and we got a few extra things done and they had it taken care of for us while I signed papers. We worked with Andy(salesperson) and Andy (financing). Both were wonderful! Would recommend them to anyone and actually already have. We drove off in our new 2020 jeep compass! Love it!

If it were possible to give this business 0 stars I would. We negotiated a deal in writing, put a deposit guaranteeing the deal and they attempted to add $1,000 to the invoice when we went to pick up the vehicle. The management then blamed the salesman in true cowardly fashion. A lesson learned!
