In March, I got a brand new 2025 Chevy trailblazer from this dealership and I’ve had the worst brand new car buying experience ever. The transmission had leaking seals that I did not know of and it messed up the whole transmission that needed to be completely changed on a brand new vehicle. So my vehicle went to Jim Gautier on McPhillips in Winnipeg and sat there for three months because the orders were on backorder, the parts that were needed were on backorder. I’ve gotten my vehicle out and now I have a knocking noise under my vehicle on the front driver side, I have never driven on any rough roads with this vehicle at all since owning this vehicle I’ve only driven it on Winnipeg streets and this knocking noise it’s just another problem that I have to deal with on this brand new vehicle. I really don’t feel I was treated right as a customer considering that this is a brand new vehicle. I would’ve liked to change it overall, but that Option was not even considered. I did mention it to the dealership, but it was pretty much a no answer so be careful what you buy from this dealership.

Edit for the owner’s response: You have a record of me. Ask Mike Ferris from Gauthier GMC about Gavin Marasigan. My experience left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. I accept that I should have asked more questions and reviewed everything more carefully, but I was also in a difficult situation, was under pressure, and felt rushed while completing the paperwork. Over the following months, I raised concerns about the documents, disclosure process, and inconsistencies between the copies I received. Instead of receiving clear answers that addressed all of my concerns, I felt that the response was simply that I had signed the paperwork and therefore the matter was closed. I understand that I bear responsibility for not paying closer attention, but I also believe customers deserve clear disclosure and transparency throughout the process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership and am leaving a 1-star review.

Bought a used Silverado 1500 Custom Trail Boss sight unseen for delivery in Saskatchewan. The truck arrived in as mint condition as the pictures showed and Dwayne described which was perfect. Michelle was also very friendly and easy to work with to sort out the PST implications of exporting a used vehicle from MB and registering in SK. Buying a used vehicle sight unseen from another province was a risky endeavor but it paid off thanks to the help and reassurance of Shoreside GM!

This was our 1st time dealing with this business and we walked away with the truck we wanted and a very very positive experience under our belt . From our initial conversation with Dwayne our salesman to ironing out the financial details with Matt , it was a painless and all around enjoyable process . Though not necessary we did also appreciate the owner coming & shaking our hand & just making us feel comfortable and valued . We appreciated the option to go uptown with our soon to be new truck while Matt took care of getting our financing in place & the overall attention , curtesy & professionalism we experienced here . It was after 6 on a Friday before everything was taken care of and because we are a few hours away we were very grateful they went the extra mile to enable us to drive our truck home without having to come back another day . We are grateful to the good folks at Shoreside GM in Gimli & would highly recommend giving them your business when in the market for a new vehicle .
