I'm going to give a big thanks to Chris and a real big thanks to Tate...He worked really hard to get me into the right vehicle. These guys listen to me and made it a really easy process. And also thanks to Guzman in financing for putting the numbers together to make it work. I'll be honest, I never thought I would be buying a vehicle from Shottenkirk. I had a terrible experience here and felt completely ignored by the sales team. After waiting around for a while, I finally managed to speak to someone, but they were incredibly pushy and didn't seem interested in listening to what I actually wanted. I felt like just another number in the system rather than a customer they cared about helping. I definitely won't be coming back here again.
