If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thomas was AMAZING. We came in with a plan and a budget, and he spent hours with us testing driving cars and getting us the best deal we could. Thomas tresated us amazingly, and not like 'dumb girls who dont know anything' like previous dealerships. Thomas is amazing, and this establishment is lucky to have a man like him!!!! 10/10 I recommend Thomas for EVERYTHING. He got us into a brand new 2027 Honda hrv!! SIDE NOTE: George was also amazing and helped us get another great deal!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent service experience. After an oil change at this dealership, the oil cap was left off, which caused the engine oil to drain out. This is a serious oversight that could have resulted in significant engine damage and safety concerns. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for 15 years, which makes this experience even more upsetting. When I returned to address the issue, no one took accountability for the mistake and no apology was offered. That level of customer service is unacceptable, especially given the severity of the error. I trusted this dealership with my vehicle and expected basic quality control and attention to detail, particularly for routine maintenance. Unfortunately, this incident has completely broken that trust. Even after being a long-time customer, I will not be returning for service or recommending this dealership to others. I strongly encourage the dealership to improve their quality checks and customer service practices to prevent this from happening to someone else.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had been looking for a new car for quite a while now, when I found a beautiful red Mazda CX-3 at this location. I came here with my dad, since he was the one car-hunting with me. I had a specific budget for this car, and I was ready to negotiate for hours. However, when Alex came outside to greet us, he shook my hand first!! Now, I’ve been to many other dealerships in the past, and each time, they’ve ignored me, didn’t shake my hand, assumed that I wasn’t paying for my own car, etc. But Alex was so respectful, acknowledging me as the client first. I was overjoyed, and we actually went $1000 over our budget while negotiating prices for that simple reason. The $1000 handshake!! Everyone else there was so kind, respectful, and understanding as well. I will be recommending this location to anyone looking for a new car, and I will be a returning customer in the future. 😊

Exceptional service. This is my second time buying at Shottenkirk and Kolby Reynolds absolutely amazing! So much so, we went with intentions of buying one vehicle and ended up buying two! A RIDGELINE and PASSPORT. Kolby’s service guarantees we will ONLY buy from Shottenkirk! Thank you, Kolby!!

Richie Goatz went above and beyond !!!! My mother has been going to this dealership for years ….the last time she went for a oil change she was told she needs repairs almost costing her almost 2 k.She mentioned to the previous service advisor that she had extended warranty for her repairs but he insisted and told her no it would not be covered :( Yesterday my mother brought up the same problem to Richie Goetz a service advisor at the same dealer ship.Mr Richie took his time to look up the extended warranty and assured my mother the repair will be covered with extended warranty she had purchased.In this industry a lot of people will try to get over you and take advantage ….my mother is 50 years old at this age people can get over you easily but I want to thank Mr Richie for his great service today with repair and for taking care of my mother. I hope the Honda takes care him for his great service !!!!!! Thank you again Mr Richie 🙏🏽
