We had a lot of trouble figuring out whether we wanted 2 rows or 3. Our primary car was getting old and reliability was becoming a concern. Mark Leet was very patient. Then we realized why my wife was having trouble in the driver’s seat of our primary car. It was the seat shape. Long story short, we adored the Santa Fe hybrid when we got in it. I preferred the Limited model for the seat material. We took it for a long test drive and she had no issues from the seat. We came back the next day and Mark helped set up the personalized settings. Looking forward to driving it again. (Haven’t since the first test drive a week ago.) The options for driver safety are impressive.

Mark was fantastic on our delivery day. Vehicle was prepped and ready. He was very thorough in the operation and functions. Consistently wanted us to know we could ask him any questions at any time now and in the future. He personally buffed out a small area for us and had the vehicle wiped down a second time after the demo drive. Really went out of his way to make everything smooth. A couple of accessories weren’t in stock but they were ordered and shipped to us extremely fast. Mark followed up with us on a phone call to thank us for the business, ask if we had any questions and let us know about the accessories being shipped. Really good experience. Rylee was patient on the negotiations and Tony even applied a small discount I wasn’t aware of. So overall, we got the exact vehicle we wanted at a fair price, with a good delivery experience. Went about as good as a vehicle purchase could go. Would definitely recommend.
