My experience with Shottenkirk Toyota has been pleasant. The sales rep Oscar has been very helpful with the entire process from pre sale to actual sale going above and beyond to ensure I was well informed for the pre owned vehicle being purchased. The finance officer was helpful as well and very informative in getting the best rate possible. Overall the staff was very pleasant, courteous and informative with the customer being their number one priority. The team is not only selling a vehicle but creating the atmosphere for repeat customers!

Just got myself a brand spankin new Tacoma! Marissa was my sales associate, she was incredibly nice and helpful. Alan and Hatty were also very helpful. They all are a great staff and I'm happy with my deal. I will be getting another vehicle here in the future! Thank y'all!

I was extremely impressed with the service I got from the saleswoman there, Morgan Ashmore. I came in with only one, possibly two, used pickups I was interested in. Instead of trying to sell me a new(er) pickup, she respected my wishes and let me check out only what I went there to see. I would say that she was extremely friendly, but that's a given considering the job she is doing. But what impressed me was that she didn't try to get me to buy something I wasn't interested in. EVERY salesperson should take lessons from her. The only reason why I'm not giving a full 5 star rating is because the pickup I chose to get had a check engine light on during the test drive. I asked to take care of it, for which I was told they would. When it got delivered to my house for me, I was told the light would go out within a day or so. WRONG. It turned out that the light is on because of a air/fuel mixture problem. If they would have told that to me from the start, this place would have gotten a full 5 star rating. But because they lied and tried to hide the real cause of the engine light being on, they only get 3 stars from me. (Little did they know I would still gotten the pickup anyways. After all, when you buy a used vehicle, you buy one WITH problems.)

Myra did a wonderful job helping me find the perfect car for my family! Usually my dealings with dealerships have been excruciating, but that was not the case this time. My 2 young children and husband had a positive experience and we walked out with a car that checked all our boxes at an affordable cost. Next time we buy it will be from here. Happy hunting!
