We were in the market for a new vehicle for our family this winter. After going to a few dealerships with less than stellar interactions, we ended up going to Ed Shults of Warren. Salesman Troy Berg is great. The service department goes above and beyond every time I have to deal with them. I've never seen a better service DEPT in all of my years. Shane and his service writers are second to none.

I was visiting from Texas when my transmission went out. Ed Schultz was wonderful in getting me in and taking care of me quickly replacing my transmission so I could get home as scheduled. Had the car I was looking for, but not my first choice of color. The new car had been on the lot over 5 months so they were willing to deal. Troy made the whole experience so easy. Unfortunately there were 2 other customers who had appointments to pick up their vehicles ahead of me. So the paper work took awhile. Not their fault! Overall a great experience.
