CAUTION!!✋🛑❗️😤😮🤢👋 Purchased a “CPO” Genesis g70 from Sid Dillon from out of state and has been the worst experience ever.. I’ve continuously asked for the cpo inspection checklist before I had the car shipped during and after receiving which they can’t provide (Major Red Flag)to prove and show they reconditioned the car before sale.. ( the inspection has 191 different boxes that have to be checked before certification)they didn’t I received the car the alignment is completely off , all 4 tires were between 5 and 4/32nds the front right tire was bald on the outside and only had tread on inner and middle , door sill light didn’t work, chips in paint on bumper and fender , a dent and scrape that’s the size of a silver dollar on rear fender , front two rims were choppy, filters were dirty all of these things wouldn’t of met cpo standard or passed any cpo inspection. Going back n forth w management and they have an attitude because I’m calling them out on a car I paid in full..that’s the checklist that they should have and should provide anyone buying it cpo which in turn gives you the certification. They just printed the cert and can’t provide the inspection checklist.. I’ve gotten corporate involved but only so much they can do. Management sent me 1200 towards the tires and alignment but want me to eat the 1000 it’ll cost to fix the dent and paint chips. just because i purchased from out of state doesn’t mean they can cut corners at this point just trying to get the dent fixed and paid for hopefully someone does the right thing ..They did offer to buy back vehicle but I’d have to eat the 1200 I paid for shipping ..you tell me is that fair?

Their sales staff is phenomenal! We were in search of a Pathfinder and they had exactly what we wanted. As did a dealer about 4 hours from us, but the Pathfinder at Sid Dillon was $3,500 cheaper.😳We flew to Nebraska from our home in Virginia and drove it back. Even with the cost of the airline ticket and the gas to drive it home we STILL saved money over buying the one closer to home. Salesman Mike Offerman was great to work with long distance and accommodated all of our needs. Once we got back to Virginia we realized they had only given us one key. We contacted them and asked if there was a second key. Sales manager Ryan Warner told us they only received one key when the car was traded in (it was a used 2020 Pathfinder.) He instructed me to order one from our local dealer in Virginia and they would reimburse us, which they did. That key cost over $400 from our local dealer! We were impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile for us. A lot of dealers wouldn't have been willing to cover that cost. All in all we were very pleased with buying from Sid Dillon and we highly recommend them!
